Prominent White Plains, New York law firm is looking to hire a litigation legal secretary/assistant with a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The identified candidate will perform legal and administrative duties for a group of attorneys. Responsibilities will include preparing pleadings, motions, correspondence, memoranda, etc. Assist attorneys with organizing documents for trial discovery, answer and screen telephone calls, prepare expense reports, attorney billing, etc. Knowledge of electronic filing procedures in state and federal courts. Strong writing and communication skills. Solid Microsoft Office skills. Easily accessible to Metro North and all Westchester County mass transit. Salary commensurate with experience.
