International law firm with offices located in New York City is looking to hire an Assistant Managing Clerk with 4+ years of relevant experience. Managing Clerk’s office consists of a small team, must be able to roll up your sleeves to get the work properly done. Experience using CourtAlert or MA3000. Knowledge of PACER and Lexis/Nexis. Responsibilities will include: docketing, interacting with attorneys, electronic filings, calling courts, etc. Develop and maintain established relationships with court personnel as well. Bachelor's degree required.
