International law firm is looking to hire an immigration paralegal. This opportunity will primarily be involved with the preparation and submission of employment-based non-immigrant visa petitions, labor certification applications, immigrant visa petitions, permanent resident applications, and U.S. citizenship applications. Assist immigration attorneys in assessing immigration options for corporate clients, obtaining U.S. work authorization for foreign nationals, and maintaining valid visa status of clients' foreign national populations.
Must be detail oriented, highly analytical and exceptional writing and communication skills. Experience in temporary work visas (including but not limited to L-1A, L-1B, E-2, E-1, H-1B, O-1), PERM labor certifications, immigrant visas (employment-based and family based), consular representation, adjustment of status application and U.S. citizenship.
