National law firm is hiring a Construction/ Labor Law Associate Attorney to join its Westchester County, NY team.
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with:
- A J.D. from an accredited program
- 3+ years of defense litigation experience, including experience with construction (Labor Law 200, 240, 241) matters, general and premises liability, and insurance defense
- Admission to the NY State bar
- Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- OSHA hearings experience and legal project management experience, a plus
Other employment details:
- Salary $115K - $160K commensurate with experience + benefits and bonus eligible
- In office with flexibility to work from home as needed
