Corporate Counsel – In-House Counsel

International corporation is hiring a Corporate Counsel to join its Westchester County, NY in-house legal department.  Position will be reporting to the General Counsel.

The In-House Corporate Counsel is a driven individual with:

• 5+ years of experience in an international corporation or law firm
• NY Bar admission
• Excellent academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills

The In-House Corporate Counsel will:

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and contracts
• Provide ongoing legal counseling on a variety of matters (ie, employment, compliance, litigation, insurance, commercial matters, acquisitions, etc.)
• Other tasks as needed

Other employment details:

• Hybrid schedule, 2-3 days in office
• Bilingual German helpful, but not required
