Description

Global law firm is hiring a DEI Analyst to join its midtown Manhattan team.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with:
• A bachelor’s degree
• Data analytics certification, a plus
• 2+ years of quantitative analytics experience
• Law firm experience, strongly preferred
• SQL experience, required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The DEI Analyst will:
• Conduct statistical research relevant to the firms expanding inclusionary efforts
• Prepare thorough reports of findings for review
• Manage inquiries pertaining to ongoing initiatives
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Additional information:
• Salary: $90K - $130K commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, wellness programs, paid parental leave, corporate discounts, 401K and more
• Hybrid schedule
