Well-established New York law firm is looking to hire a Desktop Support Technician - Help Desk Specialist. Must have hands-on experience with support for MS Office, smart-phones, HP printers, and document management system. Experience at a law firm help desk and knowledge of Windows 10, Citrix required. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Looking for someone with excellent customer service skills.
