Receptionist/Administrative position available with nationally recognized legal organization in their midtown Manhattan conference center. Duties will primarily include greeting clients, answering phones, and assisting with all administrative tasks and projects as assigned. This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, strong communication and customer services skills and superior organization. Must be a motivated team player, dependable, punctual, able to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-taking capabilities. College degree required.
Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits!
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30/9:00 AM to 5:30/6:00 PM (to 5/5:30 PM on Fridays) with 1 hour for lunch and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
