Global law firm is looking to hire an immigration associate attorney with 5-7 years of high-volume employment-based immigration experience for its New York City office. A background in U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based matters such as EB-1, EB-2, H-1B and other H visa classifications, TN, L-1A and L-1B, O-1, E-1, E-2, and E-3, and PERM-based green card process required. Excellent writing, organizational and research skills. Willingness to supervise/mentor immigration paralegal and administrative staff. The position requires a J.D. and bar admission to practice law and in good standing. Salary to 180K (negotiable). Comprehensive benefits package.
