National law firm is looking to hire an Information Systems/ Help Desk Support Specialist for its New York City office. Position will provide tier-one support to end users. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a help desk support position, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm. Windows operating system. The hours will require some flexibility between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Weekend work is generally not needed.
