Information Technology Analyst

Global law firm is hiring an IT Analyst to join its midtown Manhattan office. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a sense of urgency and:

• A two-year college degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of end-user support experience, legal information technology experience preferred
• Microsoft and Windows workstation support experience, including configuring and supporting various equipment types
• MS Office, Windows, and/or related software proficiency
• Excellent organizational, time and project management, customer service, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Law firm applications knowledge, a plus

Other employment details:

• Salary to $80K commensurate with experience
• Hybrid schedule, vaccination required
• Flexibility to work overtime or alternate shifts, as needed
