White Plains, New York law firm is looking to hire an ambitious land use and zoning associate attorney for their real estate department. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of land use/zoning or transactional real estate experience. This position will be responsible for helping clients with complex local State and Federal land use laws and regulations to critical issues regarding general and specific plans, conditional uses and variances, zoning and subdivision and development agreements and fees.
