Expanding international law firm is looking to hire a professional Front Desk Receptionist for its midtown Manhattan branch law office.
- Greeting clients
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling conference rooms
- Scheduling visitor offices/coordinating building access for visitors
- Soliciting, coordinating and ordering food for all internal and client meetings
- Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to providing back-up support to Office Services staff and Legal Administrative Assistants.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or possibly 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
