Well-established New York legal staffing agency is looking to hire an enthusiastic, professional, and highly motivated recruiter. As a legal recruiter, you will manage the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to placement. Our well-established agency specializes in finding top talent for the unique temporary, temp to perm, and direct hire staffing needs of our various law firm and in-house legal department clients. Remote opportunity!

Source candidates through various recruiting databases
Conduct a high volume of prescreens and interviews
Screen candidates to identify desired skills and experience of various job orders
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a successful on-boarding experience

Employment Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
1+ years of experience in recruiting/human resources/talent acquisition, preferably in the legal industry
Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
A keen sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize a voluminous workload
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Word
