Global law firm is hiring a Legal Recruiting Assistant to join its midtown Manhattan team.
The ideal candidate is an organized & meticulous multi-tasker with:
• A bachelor’s degree, strongly preferred
• 1+ year(s) of legal recruiting experience
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The Legal Recruiting Assistant will:
• Provide general administrative support to the talent acquisition team
• Support the planning and execution of Summer Associate Programs
• Contribute to the firms recruiting and onboarding processes for new hires
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
• Salary: $65K - $90K commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K, PTO, parental leave, employee wellness programs & more
• Hybrid schedule: 4 days/week in office, 1 day/week remote
• Monday – Friday, 9:30 PM – 5:30 PM with flexibility for overtime as needed
