Large global law firm is looking to hire a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to assist with recruiting efforts for Associate and Summer Associate staff. Responsibilities include assisting with on-campus recruiting events, pre-employment screening, onboarding, new hire orientation events, semi-annual staff evaluations, bar admission record keeping, diversity & inclusion initiatives, etc. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm environment (other professional services industry recruiting experience will be considered).
