Downtown White Plains Law Firm seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal with 2+ years of experience. The candidate must be highly organized and detail oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, attorneys and clients.
Responsibilities include reviewing, proofreading, organizing and light drafting of discovery and motions, processing and following up with requests for medical records, calendar maintenance, e-filing, light drafting and assembling of motions, trial preparation, interaction with clients and general file maintenance. Experience with TABS billing software is a plus. Administrative duties include answering phones, typing correspondence, filing, general office maintenance and organization.
