Boutique downtown Manhattan law firm seeks a Marketing Coordinator with at least two years of law firm experience. Emphasis on personal injury and immigration marketing. Assist with the content management process for website and take responsibility for data entry into the website. Maintain and update general marketing materials, such as lists of firm awards and rankings, standard presentations, brochures, mailing lists and intranet. Monitor firm's web analytics and monitor and report firm's social media successes. Draft communications items, such as news announcements, social media posts, etc. Assist with firm's business development initiatives by collecting and maintaining firm credentials. Handling proposals to potential clients and tender invitations, among other projects. Handling some of the department's administrative tasks, including scheduling, registrations and other transactions. Salary commensurate with experience. Generous benefits.
