Nassau County legal services company is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join either its midtown Manhattan or Nassau County office. The ideal candidate is a passionate and motivated team player with social media management experience and:

  • A bachelor’s degree, legal experience a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and expert knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
  • Solid understanding of content, digital, traditional, and social media marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM and CMS tools, as well as WordPress
  • Analytics and reporting knowledge and experience
  • Excellent communication, proofreading, time management, and interpersonal skills

The Marketing Coordinator will:

  • Oversee marketing projects’ progress from start to finish
  • Implement firm’s marketing and brand strategy
  • Coordinate financial, creative, and content approvals
  • Create bios by collaborating and researching with hearing officers
  • Manage growth and presence on social media platforms
  • Facilitate CLE events administration
  • Conduct research to support content development for blog and related posts
  • Act as liaison with the publishers of and aid in the development of firm’s creative assets

Other employment details:

  • Salary to $50K commensurate with experience + comprehensive benefits package and bonus eligible
  • In office, vaccination required
