Well-established law firm is looking to hire an experienced no-fault arbitration associate attorney with a minimum of one year of solid experience. Candidates must have strong writing skills, analytical skills and oral argument skills. Candidates must be able to discuss medical necessity and be thoroughly familiar with the fee schedule (both WC and EAPG).
In addition, successful candidates must have experience with handling all aspects of no-fault collection, from inception to trial/arbitration:
• Settling cases
• Reviewing rebuttals and coder affidavits
• Appearing at arbitration hearings and court proceedings
• Filing and conducting master arbitrations, trial de novos, motions to vacate and appeals
