Well-established law firm is looking to hire a Records Analyst with 2-5 years of law firm conflicts experience. The position is available in the Firm’s Manhattan or Long Island office. The individual will be responsible for working closely with the Records Manager and members of the New Business Intake and Conflicts groups. The position will process conflicts searches using Firm databases. This role includes searching internal databases and analyzing the conflicts results while highlighting critical issues and communicating this information directly to the Records Manager and members of the New Business Intake and Conflicts group. This position reports to the Records Manager. Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills. Excellent decision-making skills and demonstrated ability to think on your feet. Excellent people skills and ability to work in a team oriented and collaborative environment. Excellent customer service skills. Comfortable working with attorneys and other legal staff. Comfortable in a high demand, fast paced environment. Ability to accept direction and constructive feedback. Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Salary commensurate with experience.
