This role will be responsible for HR related responsibilities for the firm’s secretarial staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, annual reviews and evaluations, attendance, workflow distribution, department budgeting, etc. Candidates must have a minimum of ten years of administrative experience within a law firm, three of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
