National law firm is hiring a Senior Legal Recruiting Manager to join its midtown Manhattan team.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of lateral and/or Partner level recruiting experience
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting database programs
  • A strong sense of judgment and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
  • Superior organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

The Senior Legal Recruiting Manager will:

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer
  • Manage positive relationships with legal search firms and law schools
  • Conduct market research
  • Assist with additional projects, as needed

Additional Information:

  • Salary: $150K - $205K commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability & 401K
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
  • Must be available to work overtime as needed
  • Occasional travel to other offices as needed
