The ideal Attorney is a dynamic professional with:

2+ years of experience in representations and warranties, trade credit and/or political risk
Admission to New York or New Jersey State Bar
Excellent written and verbal communication as well as analytical skills

Other employment details:

Salary: $115K - $175K commensurate with experience + outstanding benefits
