National law firm is hiring an Information Technology Support Specialist to join its downtown Manhattan team.
The ideal candidate is a bright and experienced professional with:
• 5+ years of technical support experience within a law firm environment
• Computer software knowledge and proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Information Technology Support Specialist will:
• Provide Tier I and II help desk, desktop and A/V support
• Prioritize various support requests efficiently
• Set up new employee workstations
• Assist with conference room audio-visual setup
• Oversee and maintain accurate hardware inventory records
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
• Salary: $85K - $95K commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K & more
• Hybrid schedule with occasional after-hours and weekend on call support as needed
