Description
Established law firm is hiring an Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to join their midtown Manhattan office.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and efficient professional with:
• A college degree, preferred
• Prior relevant experience, preferably in a law firm environment
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• iManage experience, a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Front desk reception services including answering phones, managing incoming/outgoing mail and packages, and greeting incoming visitors
• Office administrative support including travel arrangements, conference room setup, ordering catering for meetings, and maintaining kitchen/pantry supplies
• Human resources support including recruitment assistance, onboarding/offboarding, reference check processing and assisting with the Summer Associate program
• Special projects including website management and event planning
Additional information:
• Salary: $65K - $85K commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, PTO and 401K
• Full-time in office: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
