International law firm is hiring a Business Development Specialist to join its midtown Manhattan team.
The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with:
• A Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of law firm business development experience
• Business Development experience supporting a litigation practice group, a plus
• BigLaw experience, preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Business Development Specialist will:
• Collaborate with various departments to assist with integrating firm business development and marketing initiatives
• Create prospective client pitches and proposals
• Coordinate events
• Assist with department budgeting
• Assist with additional responsibilities, as needed
Additional information:
• Salary: $85K - $110K (exempt) commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K, PTO, flexible spending account, pet insurance & more
• Hybrid schedule
