Boutique litigation law firm located in midtown Manhattan is looking to hire a legal administrative assistant. This is a hybrid role that will support attorneys involving administrative and paralegal responsibilities such as legal research, maintenance of discovery, federal and state court filings and other duties/projects as assigned. Administrative responsibilities will involve ordering supplies, reception, minor bookkeeping (QuickBooks), some personal assistant responsibilities etc. The ideal candidate will possess 6 months - 3 years of law firm experience with a positive can-do attitude. The firm will consider a bright, motivated and responsible entry-level college grad with prior law firm internship experience. Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, excellent technical skills and have effective communication skills. Salary commensurate with experience.
