We are currently seeking a professional and upbeat legal recruiter to join our winning team. The ideal candidate must be people savvy, sales oriented and motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and source candidates through various industry methods
- Screen and interview potential candidates
- Foster relationships with candidates and clients
- Negotiate offers to facilitate placements
- Attend weekly virtual team meetings
- Assist with temporary staff onboarding
- Resume consulting
- Additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a law firm or staffing agency legal recruiter, or
- 2+ years of experience as a practicing Attorney looking to make a career change into legal recruiting
Skills:
- Excellent telephone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and manage a high-volume desk
- An entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and client-service focused spirit
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50K - $150K. The salary listed is reflective of a total compensation package including commissions. Exact compensation will be determined based upon the individual candidate’s qualifications and location.
