Description
Boutique general practice law firm is looking to hire a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for its Westchester County, New York office on a temporary basis.
The ideal candidate is a bright and self-motivated individual with:
• Prior professional services administrative experience, preferred
• The ability to multitask
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will:
• Answer and route all incoming calls
• Assist with client correspondence
• Manage calendaring and meeting preparation for Attorneys
• Assist with additional administrative tasks, as needed
Additional Information:
• Hourly rate during temp phase: $18.00/hour - $20.00/hour commensurate with experience
• Hourly rate upon perm hire: $25.00/hour - $30.00/hour commensurate with experience plus healthcare benefits
• To start: ASAP
• Temp to possible perm hire
• Full-time in office
• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM w/ 1 hour lunch
