Description
Global law firm is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Chairman of the Corporate Department in their midtown Manhattan office.
The ideal candidate is a meticulous, dedicated and enthusiastic professional with:
• A college degree, preferred
• 7+ years of Partner-level administrative support experience
• Large law firm experience, preferred
• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
• Handling general administrative duties including, but not limited to, organizing a busy calendar, coordinating travel, expense reports, time entries, meeting preparation, and document revisions
• Assisting with additional tasks, as needed, including occasional personal errands for the Partner
Additional information:
• Salary: $130K - $150K (non-exempt) commensurate with experience plus annual discretionary bonus

• Hybrid schedule: Monday – Thursday in office with the opportunity to work remotely on Fridays
