Description
National law firm is hiring an IT Support Specialist to assist their midtown Manhattan office.
The ideal candidate is an adaptable and personable professional with:
• An Associates degree in a related field
• 2+ years of help desk support experience in a legal services environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Respond to technical support requests
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network related issues
• Maintain documentation of support requests and escalate requests as needed
• Create training materials for employees
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
• Salary: $70K - $90K (non-exempt) commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending account, pet insurance, paid holidays, wellness programs, 401K (with matching program) and more
• Full-time in office, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must be available to provide on-call after-hours assistance on a weekly rotational basis
