Boutique personal injury law firm is hiring a Legal Secretary to join its Bergen County, New Jersey team.
The ideal candidate is an organized and detail-oriented professional with:
• 2+ years of law firm administrative/secretarial experience
• Plaintiff personal injury experience, preferred, defense experience will be considered
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Bilingual Spanish language skills, a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
The Legal Secretary will:
• Manage administrative tasks including answering phones and attorney calendaring
• Draft and format litigation documents
• eFile documents with New Jersey State Courts
• Assist with trial preparation
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
• Salary: $45K - $65K commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, 401K and PTO
• Full-time in office
