Description
Plaintiff-side labor and employment law firm is hiring an experienced and ambitious Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Nassau County, New York legal team.
The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with:
• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably within a plaintiff labor and employment practice
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Strong academic credentials
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The Associate Attorney will:
• Manage client intake
• Provide legal counsel and representation
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents and provide case management
• Conduct discovery and depositions
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• Attend trials and conferences
Additional Information:
• Full-time in office
