Description

National law firm is hiring a Settlement Coordinator to join its midtown Manhattan team.

The ideal candidate is a meticulous and analytical professional with:
• 1+ year(s) of accounting experience
• Legal settlement coordination experience, a plus
• QuickBooks experience, preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Review settlement agreements and case expenses
• Manage disbursements
• Manage client communication and inquiries
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Additional information:
• Salary: $50K - $65K (non-exempt) commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, PTO, flexible spending account, 401K and more
• Full-time in office
