Queens County, New York organization is hiring an ERISA Administrator to join its team.
The ideal candidate is a motivated and experienced professional with:
• A bachelor’s degree
• Prior employee benefits compliance experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills
The ERISA Administrator will:
• Mediate employee contracts and benefits changes
• Ensure compliance of benefit plan reportings and tax filings
• Act as plan administrator for various benefit plans
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
• Salary: $150K - $160K (exempt) commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K, PTO, family leave & more
• Full-time in office, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM plus overtime as needed
