Boutique entertainment law firm is hiring an Office Manager to join its midtown Manhattan team.
The ideal candidate is an organized and motivated professional with:
• Prior office management experience, preferably in a law firm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Office Manager will:
• Ensure daily office upkeep including answering phones, ordering supplies, distributing mail, etc.
• Provide basic IT troubleshooting
• Manage employee recruiting, onboarding, and relations
• Oversee human resources, benefit administration, and payroll
• Assist bookkeeper with invoicing, A/R and A/P
• Liaise with outside vendors and building management
• Track attorney Bar registrations and CLE credits
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
• Salary: $80K - $100K commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, 401K, PTO & more
• Full-time in office
