Description

Boutique litigation law firm is hiring a Legal Billing Specialist to join their midtown Manhattan office.

The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with:
• 3+ years of legal ebilling experience
• LEDES ebilling experience, required
• Juris billing software experience, a plus
• Collections experience, a plus
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the eBilling lifecycle
• Adhere to various client billing guidelines
• Track A/R, and contact clients for collections
• Generate financial reports
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Additional information:
• Salary: $65K - $75K commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, 401K and more
• Full-time in office, Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
