Global law firm is hiring an Office Services Clerk to join its midtown Manhattan team.
The ideal candidate is a loyal and dedicated team player with:
• 1+ year(s) of office services experience in a professional services industry
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
The Office Services Clerk will:
• Preserve order of reception area, conference rooms and shared office space
• Restock supplies and pantries
• Assist with facilities and IT related projects
• Distribute mail
• Assist with copy projects
• Provide additional office support, as needed
Additional information:
• Salary: $50K - $65K commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K & more
• Full-time in office: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional overtime as needed
