National law firm is hiring a real estate Legal Assistant for their midtown Manhattan office.
The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with:
• A bachelor’s degree, highly preferred
• 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably within a law firm
• Transactional practice group support experience, preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Strong typing and word processing skills
The Legal Assistant will:
• Schedule meetings, manage attorney calendars and make travel arrangements
• Perform conflicts checks and client intake
• Draft and edit legal documents
• Prepare timesheets and expense reports
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:
• Salary: $90K - $110K commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K & more
• Hybrid schedule after 90-day probationary period
• Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional overtime as needed
