National law firm is hiring a Senior Desktop Support Specialist to join its downtown Manhattan team.
The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with:
• 7+ years of experience troubleshooting desktop hardware and software in a law firm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The Senior Desktop Support Specialist will:
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated support tickets
• Train junior desktop support specialists
• Identify root cause issues and user issues
• Administer overall technical support throughout the firm
Additional information:
• Salary: $145K - $160K commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K & more
• Hybrid schedule with occasional after-hours and weekend on call support as needed
