National law firm is hiring a Senior Legal Recruiting Manager to join its midtown Manhattan team.
The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with:
• A Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of lateral Attorney recruiting experience
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting database programs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
The Senior Legal Recruiting Manager will:
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer
• Source candidates for various practice groups across firm-wide offices
• Work closely with the firm’s marketing department on website and social media content as well as other recruitment marketing materials
• Assist with additional projects, as needed
Other details:
