Description
Boutique New York City law firm is hiring an Office Clerk to join its downtown Manhattan team on a temporary basis.
The ideal candidate is a bright and detail-oriented professional with:
• A college degree, preferred
• 2+ years of administrative office experience, preferably in a law firm
• Experience with high volume document review or data entry, a plus
• Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The Office Clerk will:
• Assist paralegals with the production of various documents
• Ensure an accurate and up to date company database and filing system
• Produce monthly company reports
• Assist with backup front desk/reception coverage
• Assist with additional tasks, as assigned
Additional Information:
• Compensation: $20.00/hour
• Full-time in office
