Boutique law firm is hiring an Office Administrator to join its downtown Manhattan team.
The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented individual with:
• 3+ years of law firm HR and operations experience
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• The ability to multi-task and use discretion while handling confidential matters
The Office Administrator will:
• Manage firm’s human resources and employee relations functions including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
• Assist with basic IT troubleshooting
• Manage all ad hoc operational projects
Other details:
• Salary: $95K - $125K commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare and 401K
• In office: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibility for overtime as needed
