Sophisticated boutique law firm is hiring a Litigation Associate to join its downtown Manhattan team.
The ideal candidate is a bright & motivated professional with:
- 2+ years of commercial litigation experience in State and Federal Courts
- Corporate bankruptcy/restructuring experience, strongly preferred
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- Admission to the New Jersey State Bar, a plus
- The ability to attend court appearances and conduct depositions independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Information:
