Description
Nassau County legal services company is looking to hire a Paralegal with a broad background in any area of litigation who is interested in transitioning into a unique recruiting role for their organization.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, outgoing, and professional with:
- A Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of general law firm or corporate legal department experience in litigation
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of attorneys
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Other details:
- Salary: $55K - $70K commensurate with experience + Healthcare, Dental, & 401K benefits
- Full-time in office with the possibility of a hybrid schedule after the probationary period
- Occasional local travel required
